Upon laying eyes on this villa, an instant enumeration swept over us.

What a stunning abode it is! The delightful scarlet arches stand in captivating contrast against the sun-kissed yellow walls, set against the backdrop of the azure sky and verdant palm trees. The garden is a kaleidoscope of floral splendor, where every hue imaginable converges alongside resilient cacti and grateful palm fronds, Villa San Lorenzo rest just a brief 2-minute drive from the bustling village of San Miguel, a leisurely 10 minutes from Santa Eulalia, another 10 minute journey to the heart of Ibiza town.

Stepping onto the veranda, one is treated to an awe-inspiring view of the garden, a spectacle of cacti, palm trees, and blooms spanning the entire spectrum of colors. The veranda gate can be secured, ensuring a safe zone for young ones away from the pool. Speaking of which, the expansive pool (measuring 4.5x9m) offers generous space and even features a separate jacuzzi. Surrounding the pool are a number of Bali beds and inviting loungers, each adorned with plush cushions. Adjacent to the pool, two covered terraces beckon - one dedicated to dining, the other to lounging - both providing ample seating. Adding to the allure is an outdoor kitchen complete with a grill, as well as a conveniently located bathroom replete with a shower and toilet facilities.

Getting maried with a rustic atmosphere

A journey trough time seems to unfold, as the living room boasts lofty ceilings and antique artwork that exude an air of days gone by.

The quintessential Spanish tiles underfoot further enhance this ambiance. Beyond the inviting living space, the ground floor hosts a quintessential Spanish kitchen, fully equipped with modern conveniences, nalong with three bedrooms. The master bedroom, gracefully situated to the left of the living area, features a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom complete with a shower.

On the right and straight ahead from the living room, one finds the two additional bedrooms. Nestled to the left of the living room are two bathrooms serving these bedrooms, each furnished with a shower. Another bathroom, boasting a bathtub, is found on the ground floor, assigned to the smaller room located near the top of the staircase adjacent to it.

Ascending to the first floor unveils to more generously sized bedrooms, each graced with its own dressing room and en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower.

The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring comfort even during the warmest days. In three of the bedrooms, the single beds can be transformed into double beds using a topper, while the other three bedrooms are outfitted with twin beds.
