Sina and Achim, a fun and soulful couple from Germany, had one dream: to get married in Ibiza, surrounded by nature, music, and the laid-back island magic they love so much. Their Ibiza wedding was all about good vibes, local flavor, and celebrating love in a way that felt real—and we were so excited to bring it to life.

They chose a hidden gem of a finca wedding venue in Ibiza, with stunning views, lush trees, and that authentic charm only a real Ibiza wedding villa can offer.

Inspired by the island’s natural beauty and their love for bougainvillea, we styled the space with vibrant pink florals, rustic details, and a setting that felt effortless but elegant.

The ceremony was emotional and unforgettable. Set in a circular garden space with earthy tones and a massive 50m aisle carpet (just for the grand bride entrance!), Sina walked in with her mum, while Achim waited—teary-eyed and beaming. It was one of those goosebump moments that makes being a wedding planner in Ibiza so rewarding.

Live music brought the whole moment to life. A local singer and guitarist performed during the ceremony and aperitif, creating that perfect Ibiza summer wedding vibe. Later, the couple turned up the energy with their own DJ, flown in just for the occasion—because what’s an Ibiza wedding without a proper party?

Dinner was held outdoors under the trees, with the warm sun dipping behind the hills.

The menu was relaxed and delicious, and a family member even surprised the couple with a live guitar performance. Their rustic cake, dressed in Ibiza blooms, was cut as the sun set—pure magic.

We kept the decor bold and bright: fuchsia, soft pinks, whites, and greenery everywhere. From personalized menus and a vinyl-style table plan to mini jars of Ibiza salt as favors—it was full of thoughtful, island-inspired details. Guests were also treated to a surprise performance just before the first dance, and a sweet corner packed with candies.

From the start, Sina and Achim wanted something beautiful, personal, and stress-free—and that’s exactly what they got. This finca wedding in Ibiza was full of heart, style, and summer magic.
